DR. NAKEDI OBED MABUYA
I was born in a township called Caltonville, Khutsong. I go by the name Nakedi Obed Mabuya, my ancestral name is Zonkizizwe, mashay’eshubule Nkosi yezizwe Nkosi Yabathakathi . I’m very passionate in helping people to acknowledge their ancestral calling and gift though training (“Thwaso“).
Growing Up
My life was difficult. When I took the ancestral path, I had no one to support me ,it was just me. It was hard but knowing the difficulties I went through because of the ancestors, I dedicated myself to it and made a promise that I will love and protect my ancestors in good and bad.
The name
The name Impande Yabathakathi translated as "Family of traditional Healers" was found by my Gobela, baba Mngomezulu, May his soul continue resting in peace. He was an inventor in medicine. he was a Traditional , that’s where the name comes from.
What Drives Me
I was born to dig herbs , I was born heal people. The reason why I like what I’m doing is because I believe in helping people, I love healing people, I was born for this.
